Welcome to Kentuckiana Coasters!

Anthony and Ted have been coaster buddies for nearly a decade after meeting at an American Coasters Enthusiast (ACE) event. Since then, they have traveled all over the country together, riding hundreds of roller coaters at dozens of parks!

Thank you for being a part of our coaster community and learning more about how  Anthony & Ted's obsession with roller coasters started...

As a kid, I hated rides. My mom would drag me on screaming and kicking to the middle row of the viking ship at Kings Island. In high school, something changed and I found myself making laminated books of coaster stats for me to read in line with my friends.

When I was home from college in the summers, I began working at Kings Island, running kiddie rides in what was called North Pie (Scooby Doo Dark Ride & some flats). I had a blast and my coaster obsession continued in off seasons with hours on Roller Coaster Tycoon.

As an adult, I joined ACE and found my best coaster buddy, Ted. He and his now wife approached me and my friend Buddy and the rest is history.

Ted and I travel around the country whenever possible to experience all of the amazing amusement parks and rides. Thank you for sharing in my passion for the fun of roller coasters by watching our videos!

The majority of my childhood amusement park trips were to Six Flags Great America.  My brother and I would always beg our parents to let us ride Whizzer or Viper.  After a few years Mom finally relented and we were allowed to ride.
I was 11 years old and it was 1999, the year Raging Bull opened.  My Dad, brother, and I ended up riding every coaster in the park, and I've been hooked ever since.

Once I got my driver's license I started visiting as many nearby parks as possible.  I joined ACE in college and started attending numerous enthusiast events.  I attended Coasterstock back when it was called Ride Warriors Weekend and remember eating some of The Beast's 30th anniversary cake - how time flies!

I've met some lifelong friends through my love of coasters.  Two of my enthusiast friends, including Anthony, were groomsmen in my wedding!  My wife Lindsay enjoys traveling and riding (most) coasters as well.  When planning vacations, she knows to always allow some time in the agenda for roller coasters and doesn't seem to resent it too much.

Kentuckiana Coasters is a true labor of love for us.  We are so happy to bring these videos to you.  There are truly unique parks and attractions just about anywhere you travel, and we aim to show them off in fun, high quality videos. We are thrilled to have you along for the ride!
